Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the childcare facility - Provide supervision and guidance to staff members - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children - Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children in the program - Maintain open communication with parents and address any concerns or questions - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and enrollment - Support staff in behavior management techniques and strategies - Collaborate with other professionals to create individualized plans for children with special needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, preschool, or related field - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to work effectively with children of different ages and backgrounds - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - CPR and First Aid certification preferred Note:
